Shanghai Marriott Hotel Pudong East
The school has a long-standing relationship with this hotel and we have arranged for a special rate of 1,000 RMB (bed and breakfast) per room per night for all delegates. Located a 10-15 minute walk from school, and within close proximity to a range of restaurants and two convenience stores, this is a very convenient and accessible location. There are 50 rooms available for delegates at this hotel. The school bus will pick up and drop off to this hotel each day of the conference.

Marriott has an airport transfer service, which you can book directly with the hotel. Please see the Limousine Price list.
For both hotels, check-in time is 2:00pm and check-out time is 12:00pm.
Please note, if you stay at either of these two hotels, there will be school bus transfer available from hotel to school and return each day of the conference (included in the participant fee).
I recommend on the Saturday morning checking out but leaving your luggage with the hotel as the school bus can only take people and day pack each, (no space for luggage).
The school bus will depart school on Saturday at 1:00pm and return to the hotel, so you can arrange transfer to the airport from there. The school bus will not be able to do airport transfers.

Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Pudong
Situation directly opposite the Marriott Hotel, we have also managed to secure special rate of 600 RMB with the Ramada Plaza hotel (bed and breakfast) per room per night for all delegates. Please note the Executive rooms at this hotel are of a similar, high quality to those of the Marriott. The Deluxe and Superior rooms are not to the same standard but are still adequate. There are 30 Executive rooms available for delegates at this hotel.

Ramada have an airport transfer service which you can book directly with the hotel. It is 450RMB for both Shanghai Pudong and Shanghai Hongqiao airports.
