IT IS THE PARTICIPANT’S RESPONSIBILITY TO ARRANGE TRAVEL, ACCOMMODATION AND ANY NECESSARY VISAS IN ADVANCE OF TRAVELLING.

Dates: Thursday 11 – Saturday 13 September 2025
Fee | 270 USD per attendee
This fee covers all workshops, materials, snacks and lunches over the 2.5 days. It also includes one conference dinner and return bus journey hotel-school each day.
NOTE: This is a Face-to-Face event.
The deadline for registration is: Friday 30 May 2025
All attendees are required to complete the registration form
Please complete ONE FORM per attendee.
Once registered, you and your finance department will receive an email with an invoice and payment details.
IMPORTANT: please note participating schools are responsible for all bank charges connected to payment.
Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy
Please acknowledge the following payment terms and cancellation policy.
The conference fee must be paid in full no later than 30 calendar days from the date of the invoice, or before Monday 7 July 2025, whichever is sooner. All Conference fees must be paid in full to secure your spot at the Conference.
Please note that all conference fees which have been paid are non-refundable and no request for refunds shall be entertained. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and at the discretion of the Host School, in the event of illness or other unavoidable circumstances preventing attendance, delegates are welcome to send a substitute from their school in their place at no additional cost.
Please note that discretion regarding any exceptions to this policy lies with the Host school and FOBISIA and each request will be dealt with on a case-to-case basis.
We kindly seek your understanding that by completing the registration form, you confirm that you have understood the terms of the cancellation policy, agree to be bound by them should anything prevent you from attending the event, and have sought the necessary approval from your CPD lead or the appropriate person within your school responsible for approving CPD courses.
